Installation of brass valves:
The valves connected by pipe threads are connected with the pipe threads at the end of the pipe. The internal threads can be either cylindrical or conical, while the external threads must be conical.
The gate valve connected with the inner thread is connected with the pipe end, and the length and size of the outer thread of the pipe end should be controlled. In order to avoid excessive screw-in at the end of the pipe so that the internal end face of the threaded top-pressure gate valve tube can cause seat deformation and affect sealing performance.
Valves connected by pipe threads should be wrenched at the hexagonal or octagonal position at the same end of the thread, and at the other end of the valve should not be wrenched to avoid valve deformation.
The flange connecting the flange of the valve and the flange at the end of the valve not only conforms to the specification size, but also needs the nominal pressure.
When the stem leakage is found in the installation and commissioning of globe valves and gate valves, tighten the pressing nut at the filler, and pay attention not to overexert, so as not to leak water.
