Forget the traditional room occupancy indicators.  Yealink RoomPanel is an electronic room occupancy indicator that automatically connects to the Microsoft Teams system and displays the room's occupancy status.  RoomPanel is not only a practical but also a spectacular addition to conference rooms.

The Yealink RoomPanel is an 8 ” All-In-One room occupancy panel that runs Android 9.0 and has an RGB LED backlight to instantly indicate room occupancy.  It uses the built-in light and proximity sensor to automatically adjust the brightness of the screen and turn it on and off.

A 10-point touchpad, 2x2 MIMO 802.11ac Wi-Fi for wireless installation, Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting devices, a built-in NFC / RFID card reader, and enhanced microphone arrays and speakers make it suitable for any workspace and meeting room.  The PoE (Power over Ethernet) remote power supply device can be easily mounted on any surface using various wall brackets.

And through the Microsoft Teams Admin Center or the Yealink Management Cloud Service, meeting room devices can be easily deployed, monitored, and diagnosed.
