A new concept of coffee machine is born from tradition: a model that does not forget the past while aiming for the future.  Equipped with a fascinating filter holder for panoramic dispensing, it allows you to obtain creamy coffees.  Lever machines allow better exploitation of coffee powders.  Through their use, the “ coffee cream” is obtained, considered the true secret of espresso.  It is essential to use an excellent quality coffee blend, well roasted and correctly ground for Espresso coffee machines.

By lowering the lever with the right intensity you obtain the pressure to deliver an espresso coffee at around 92° C, a temperature considered perfect for extracting all the best characteristics of the coffee powders and having a consistent and long-lasting aftertaste.  By raising the lever, the water in the boiler enters the dispensing group and mixes with the colder water, thus reaching the right temperature useful for wetting the coffee powders, preparing them for dispensing.
