1. OPA541 chip can operate at a voltage of ±40V and provide a continuous output current of up to 5A. Internal current limiting circuits can be a programmer with a single external resistance to protect amplifiers and loads from faulty conditions.
2. The oPA541 device uses its own bipolar transistor process. The hybrid power amplifier currently available requires two current limiting resistance applications without modification.
3. The oPA54 1 seal is converted into an industry standard 11 pin electrical plastic package or 8 pin hermetic seal. The electrical plastic is packaged with a curl lead frame for maximum heat transfer.
4. The T0-3 seal is insulated from circuit, so it can be installed directly on the radiator without special insulation.
