Slow-pressing at 70 rpm
The slow-pressing technology differs from conventional centrifugal squeezing in terms of the speed and method in which juice is extracted from fruit and vegetable cells.  Conventional juicers rotate the blade at high speed (1500-2500 rpm) to cut the cell walls and release the juice.  The vertical movement of the auger of the slow-turning press (at only 70 revolutions per minute) crushes the fruit and vegetables, then selects the released juice and pulp separately.  As a result, there are fewer air bubbles in the juice;  the juice is silkier;  and the pressing temperature is also lower, allowing the juice to retain more vitamins and enzymes.

Fruit flesh regulator
During the pressing process, the remaining fruit flesh is collected in a separate container.  You can adjust the amount of pulp using the moving lever at the front of the press.  Enjoy a glass of silky-soft vegetable or fruit juice with pleasure, or add pieces of vegetables and fruits to the drink to make it a little chunky.  Do not throw away the pulp without trying other foods, e. g.  to be used in soups, sauces, desserts.

Quiet operation
Slow pressing results in quiet operation, unlike fast operation with more noise.  The design of the device with the long dosing tube also contributes to noise reduction.

Powerful 200 W motor
Despite the slow rotation of the auger, the engine must be strong enough to squeeze the juice out of larger pieces of vegetables and fruits.  The 200 W motor, tested under maximum load, is the optimal center for a slow-rotating press.

Drip-free cap
What to do if the juice container is full but there is still fruit and vegetables in the press?  You do not have to turn off the device.  Just push the cap onto the funnel of the press.  The juice will collect in the inner tank until you serve the most impatient consumers and replace the tank.

Fine filter
Each pressed ingredient is filtered through a dense-hole filter that ensures a minimal amount of pulp gets into the juice, retaining all the nutrients.  The filter can be easily washed and cleaned under running water with the brush supplied.

Two 6 dl tanks
The vegetable and fruit press has two 6 dl tanks, one for the juice and one for the pulp.  They are made of durable, BPA-free material and are dishwasher safe.

Non- slip rubber soles
You don't have to worry about the fruit and vegetable press moving out of place until you put the fruit and vegetables in the dispenser.  The rubber sole is designed to ensure optimal stability even on wet worktops.

Easy to clean
Does using a high-capacity device involve laborious cleaning?  Not necessarily.  After use, slowly pour one liter of lukewarm water into the dosing tube while operating the appliance.  On the way to the tank, the water thoroughly cleans all vegetable and fruit residues.  After use, rinse the filter and clean it with the brush supplied.
