The secure services gateway 5 is equipped with seven on-board 10/100 interfaces with optional fixed wan ports (isdn bri s/t, v.92 or rs-232 serial/aux). Optional support for 802.11 a/b/g and a broad array of wireless specific security allow the ssg 5 to consolidate security, routing and wireless access point into a single device.                                                                                                     The SSG-5-SH is Juniper's first-in-line SSG Firewall/VPN platform that is ideal for small businesses or remote/distributed offices. These boxes offer UTM and integrated routing functions to enable a single box solution to Security and Networking needs. The SSG5 is easy to manage and offers a wide variety of configuration options - administrators can control NAT, routing and other critical system functions. Management is via a Web interface, as well as a command line interface (CLI) - this means it is easy to get started, but allows a level of control and system information that will satisfy the advance security technologist.
