Introducing iRig Pads, a feature-rich 16-key MIDI controller pad for iPhone/iPad/iPod touch/Mac/PC. Thanks to the versatile system, you can mix beats and drum loops, just like a DJ - on stage, in the studio, or wherever you like. The best companion for those who make electronic music and are constantly on the go.

Ultra-portability
iRig Pads are portable so you can take them anywhere. Smaller than an iPad, less than an inch (23mm) thick. It is characterized by a thin, compact and light design, which you can slip into any laptop bag, shoulder bag, or backpack. For even better mobility, it's designed with ultra-low power consumption, which means you don't need a power adapter or power source, the connected device provides enough energy to power it. Just connect it with a Lightning cable to your iOS device or a USB cable to a Mac or PC and it's up and running. The 30-pin cable can be purchased separately, it is not part of the package.

You will enjoy the extremely simple touch control panel, the 16 speed-sensitive, backlit, multi-colored rubberized buttons arranged in a 4x4 layout. Each button lights up in multiple colors (red, green, orange - and shades in between) depending on what speed you're playing and what MIDI signal is being sent to your music application of choice.
But iRig Pads are more than just your average portable MIDI controller board. Two twistable, two push-in buttons, a slider - with all of these you can modify the settings extensively as the situation requires. Everything is customizable, but you can also save schemes if you want to use them later. It comes with six pre-programmed basic schemes, so you can start working with several popular applications right out of the box.

Easy editing
iRig Pads are designed so that you can easily work with them, without disturbing the creative process. It comes with the easy-to-use and free iRig Pads Editor, a one-screen interface for Mac or PC that lets you edit patterns instantly and easily. You get full control over MIDI messages and assignments, which you can then customize. The iRig Pads Editor is available in the User Area.
