• External universal power supply included, replacement part # 70-775-01 — Provides worldwide power compatibility.                                                                      Extron MTP AV Series transmitters and receivers are part of the VersaTools® family of economical, compact products designed in a one-eighth rack width enclosure for easy integration into new and existing A/V environments. The transmitters and receivers can be used with any CAT 5, 5e, or 6 cable or with Extron Enhanced Skew-FreeTM A/V UTP cable for cable runs of 1,000 feet (300 meters) or more. MTPs are compact, so they can fit just about anywhere: in racks, under tables and desktops, or next to a display. Transmitters are also available in a double space AAP - Architectural Adapter Plate size and 45 mm European models. All MTP receivers are powered products and provide active balanced transmissions for both video and audio. The sharpness adjustment provides variable high frequency video equalization to compensate for different cable lengths. The gain adjustment compensates for overall signal level loss occurring in lengthy cable runs. There are also front and back LED power indicators for easy troubleshooting.
Models that accept audio can be configured for mono or stereo audio.
